Shenzhen Miquan Technology Co., Ltd. (registered in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, China; hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "our" or "Arcnova") respects and protects the privacy of your personal information. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect your personal information when you use the Arcnova application, the website (www.arcnovai.com) and related services (collectively referred to as "the Services"), as well as the rights you have with respect to your personal information. Please read this Policy carefully before using the Services. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all contents of this Policy. If you do not agree to any part of this Policy, please stop using the Services immediately.
1. Information We Collect
We only collect information that is necessary to provide the Services to you. The categories of information we collect are set out below. 1.1 Information You Provide to Us Account Information: When you sign in to the Services through a third-party account (Google, Apple, Facebook, or X), we obtain your basic account information from the relevant third-party platform, which typically includes the third-party account unique identifier (User ID), nickname, profile picture, and email address. The specific fields obtained are subject to the scope you authorize on the relevant third-party platform. Transaction Information: When you make a recharge via in-app purchase (IAP), we collect the order number, the purchased virtual goods ID, the amount, the currency, the time of payment, and the transaction receipt (receipt token) returned by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect your credit card number, bank account number, or other payment credential information; such payment credentials are handled directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Contact Information: When you contact us via email, the in-app feedback feature, or other customer service channels, we collect the content of the feedback you submit, your contact email address, and any images or screenshots you choose to upload, in order to respond to your inquiries and handle the relevant issues. When you submit feedback in relation to a specific order, we will associate the corresponding order information so that we can investigate and resolve your issue. 1.2 Information We Collect Automatically When you use the Services, our systems automatically collect the following information: •Device Information: device model, operating system version, unique device identifier, screen resolution, device language settings, and so on. •Network Information: IP address, network type, carrier information, and so on. We collect IP addresses primarily for server communication, security protection, and troubleshooting purposes, and not for precise geolocation or location profiling. •Usage Data: the time, duration, and frequency of your access to the Services; the pages you browse; the content you click; and application crash logs. •Virtual Currency Data: the source, time of acquisition, time of consumption, and expiration time of the virtual currency (Gold and Diamonds) in your account, used to calculate balances, consumption order, and validity periods in accordance with the rules of the Services. •Advertising Identifiers and Ad Interaction Data: When you watch in-app rewarded video advertisements (for example, in the "Watch Video" tasks of the rewards center), we and our partnered third-party ad networks may collect your device advertising identifier (GAID or IDFA, subject to your device settings), as well as ad viewing records, click data, and similar information, for ad serving, performance measurement, and anti-fraud purposes. You may at any time reset or delete your advertising identifier, or limit personalized advertising, through your device system settings. •Push Information: the device push identifier (such as a Device Token) used to send push notifications to your device. •Installation and Attribution Data: to measure the source of app installations and the effectiveness of promotional activities, we may collect your install source parameters, device identifiers, and related event data. 1.3 Information We Do Not Collect Unless you actively provide it, we do not actively collect: •your precise geographic location (GPS positioning); •your contacts, photo album, or microphone content; •your real name, identification document number, mobile phone number, residential address, or other sensitive personal information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes: •Providing and maintaining the Services: including account registration and sign-in, content display, feature implementation, customer support, and so on. •Processing recharges and virtual currency: verifying your purchases, crediting virtual currency to your account, tracking validity periods, consuming and expiring virtual currency in accordance with the rules, and handling refunds and disputes. •Advertising and monetization: offering you a means of earning virtual currency rewards through rewarded video advertisements, measuring the effectiveness of ad delivery and promotional campaigns, and supporting the continued operation of the Services. •Message notifications: sending you notifications and push messages relating to the Services. You may turn off push notifications at any time in your device system settings. •Personalized experience: matching content to your device language settings; optimizing content recommendations based on your usage preferences. •Product improvement and analytics: analyzing user behavior to improve the features, performance, and user experience of the Services. •Security and fraud prevention: detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud, abuse, security vulnerabilities, and unlawful conduct, and protecting the lawful rights and interests of users and ourselves. •Legal compliance: fulfilling obligations imposed by applicable laws and regulations, and responding to legal requests or lawful requests from judicial or administrative authorities.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We share your information only in the following circumstances. 3.1 Sharing with Your Consent With your explicit consent, we may share specific information with third parties. 3.2 Sharing with Service Providers In order to provide the Services, we may share your information with service providers who provide technical support to us, including: •Cloud services and data storage: we use servers located in Singapore to store user data; files that you actively upload through features such as feedback may be stored and transmitted through third-party object storage services (such as Alibaba Cloud OSS or Tencent Cloud COS). •Third-party sign-in services: account sign-in services provided by Google, Apple, Facebook, and X. •Payment and billing: Apple App Store In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing. We verify your purchases through the receipts they provide, and the relevant payment information is handled by the respective app store in accordance with its own privacy policy. •Advertising services: in-app rewarded video advertisements are provided by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob, Unity Ads, ironSource, and others). When you choose to watch a rewarded video to earn a reward, the relevant ad network will collect and process your advertising identifier and ad interaction data (such as viewing records and clicks) in accordance with its own privacy policy. We recommend that you review the privacy policy of the relevant ad network for details. •Data analytics services: we use third-party analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring services (such as Google Firebase) to collect device information, usage events, and crash logs, in order to understand overall trends in how users use the Services and to improve the Services. •Attribution and marketing analytics services: we use third-party attribution services (such as AppsFlyer) and install source interfaces provided by app stores (such as Google Play Install Referrer) to measure app install sources and the effectiveness of promotional activities. •Push services: push notifications are sent to your device by third-party push services (such as Google Firebase Cloud Messaging). We share information with the above service providers only to the extent necessary, and we require them to comply with confidentiality obligations and to process your information only for the purposes we have specified. 3.3 Sharing Required by Law We may disclose your information in the following circumstances: •in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, a court order, or a lawful request from a government authority; •to protect the lawful rights and interests, property, or personal safety of us, our users, or the public; •to investigate, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues; •to enforce this Policy or our Terms of Service. 3.4 Business Transfers In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the relevant transaction. We will notify you in advance via in-app notification or other reasonable means.
4. Cross-Border Data Transfers
The servers for the Services are located in Singapore. When you use the Services, your information will be transferred to Singapore for storage and processing. In addition, our operations team is located in Shenzhen, China, and certain employees may access your information for purposes such as business operations and product improvement. By using the Services, you understand and agree that your information may be transferred and processed across borders. We will take reasonable security measures to protect your information during cross-border transfer. In addition, in order to achieve the purposes set out in this Policy, certain third-party service providers (such as advertising, attribution, push, and object storage providers) may process your information in other jurisdictions in which they operate, subject to their respective privacy policies.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this Policy. Beyond such retention periods, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except as otherwise provided by applicable law. Specific retention periods depend on the following factors: •the length of time necessary to provide the Services; •the active status of your account; •retention obligations imposed by laws and regulations; •the length of time necessary to resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Special retention period for transaction records: For tax, audit, and dispute handling purposes, your transaction records (including order number, amount, time, and payment platform receipts) will be retained for at least seven (7) years after the transaction is completed, or for any longer period required by applicable law. After you deactivate your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period (other than the transaction records that we are required by law to retain as described above).

8. Children’s Privacy Protection
The Services are intended solely for users who are at least seventeen (17) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 17. The Services may include services provided by third parties (such as third-party sign-in services and in-app purchase services). When you use such third-party services, the relevant third parties will process your information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party services.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated Policy will be published within the Services or on our official website and will take effect as of the date of publication.
